Return costs

Return shipping is free. A prepaid return label will be sent to you after validation of your request.

How to make a return?

To initiate a return, you have two options:

2. Use the contact form on our website

Important: Please remember to include your order number in all communications.

Withdrawal period

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return it.

Return conditions

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

• Not worn
• Unwashed
• Not used
• With all original tags
• In its original packaging

Exception: Flocked jerseys are not eligible for return.

Defective product

If you receive a defective product:

1. Contact us immediately
2. Attach photos clearly showing the defect
3. Indicate your order number
4. We will process your request as a priority.

Return procedure

1. Contact us by email or via the contact form
2. Wait for our confirmation and return label
3. Carefully pack the item with its original packaging
4. Attach the return label to the package
5. Drop off the package at the indicated collection point

Refund

• The refund will be made to the payment method used during the purchase.
• The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color:

1. Make a standard return request
2. Specify in your email that you would like an exchange
3. Indicate the desired reference and size
4. Wait for our confirmation of availability
