Human has two shipping points to ensure optimal service:

• A partnership with Colissimo in France
• Our warehouse in China for direct orders from Asia

The shipping location is clearly indicated on each product page so you can know the origin and delivery times before your purchase.

2. Shipping from France

2.1 Delivery method

All packages shipped from France are sent via Colissimo (La Poste).

2.2 Colissimo delivery times

• Metropolitan France: 2 working days*
• Monaco: 2-3 working days*
• DOM-TOM: 5-7 working days*
• European Union: 3-5 working days*
• Rest of the world: 5-7 working days*

*Indicative delivery times communicated by La Poste, from the time the package is taken over.
